StockTrace - A food traceability system for the food industry. This provides full forward and backward traceability as required by EU traceability legislation.

TimeTrace - A time recording system for manufacturing companies combining clock-in and clock-out facilities with the recording of staff hours against projects. This allows accurate identification of labour costs by project and enables comparison of costs for similar projects. One company achieved an 8% increase in productivity through effective use of the information made available from this system.

A desktop based version is also available for office-based staff where project billing is required.

BankTrans - A direct debit generation system for a businesses. Balances are taken from your accounting system such as SAGE or TAS and an EMT file is generated for uploading to your bank.

For membership based organisations, switching from standing orders to direct debits avoids the hours of checking whose payments had not been received. By direct debit billing you simply review your bank statment to identify unpaid items.

EDIgenerator - An EDI invoicing system for small to medium sized companies who wish to invoice the large multiples electronically. This system will take data exported from an accounts system (such as Sage) and generate a file suitable for EDI processing.
EasyText - A Text Message Generation on your PC allowing simple communication with field-based staff and customers. Allocate your customers to "groups" and target texts to appropriate recipients. Send texts to individuals or even numbers not stored in your system.
A Business Management Database for construction companies to aid in controlling sales contracts, company equipment, fleet management, sub-contractor legal requirements, etc.
A Purchasing Database, placing the onus on suppliers to offer best-price if they wished to have their products purchased.
A client database for manufacturing companies. This allowed them identify who required regular maintenance and allowed them increase revenue by offering annual service contracts.
A Hazardous Waste Database for a pharmaceutical company. This allowed direct import of data from their waste contractor and provided full traceability for each container. It also provided full information at the touch of a button for EPA reporting.
Management Information Systems, extracting key business information from their accountancy systems to assist in identifying sales opportunities and allow effective monitoring of business processes.
A Project Cost Tracking system for a construction company. This system allows multiple Quantity Surveyors track and report on sub-contractor costs and material costs for each job. It also gives summary financial reporting at central level.
A touch-screen sales order entry system for a wholesaler. Overnight this system removed large volumes of paperwork and streamlined the billing process by eliminating delivery books. This increased revenue and saved the business 4-5 hours of administration per day.
A product ordering, production scheduling and billing system for a food company. This system uses MS Outlook to issue e-mails overnight, prompting customers to confirm their standard order by simply replying to the e-mail. A new business was built around this system.
A Diarying and Service Scheduling system for a sales & installation company. This allowed easy management of service calls to clients on a geographic basis, making optimum use of staff time and increasing productivity.
